El Paisa

El Paisa is a Toronto based taco and Mexican street food pop up owned by Chef Javier Suarez. You can find El Paisa across Toronto during the summer at varying events and street festivals like the CNE and Cabbagetown Festival.

Scope

After getting accepted as a food vendor for the 2023 Canadian National Exhibition El Paisa needed an updated brand package and menu design. The brand needed to represent Javier’s traditional Mexican street food menu while also being bold enough to stand out at a crowded CNE.
